These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeTrack Pro website (the "Site") and the TimeTrack Pro mobile application (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site and App (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • To transmit any harmful code, viruses, or destructive elements.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity.

2. Purchases and Payments

The App is offered as a one-time purchase via Pi Network cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through the Pi Network and are non-refundable. We do not store or process payment information directly.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content therein are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
